FLASHING QUOTES WILL GO HERE

About the Film

This feature documentary film about Klaus Pierre is currently in post-production. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Klaus had to leave the states shortly after filming began. The director decided to follow him as the adventure continued outside the United States and see if he would be able to realize his dream.

When filming began, the filmmakers asked Boing Boing TV (one of the biggest blog-sites in the world) to come along with their own cameras. Boing Boing TV accompanied the Klaus Pierre shoots and edited together 10 web-episodes featuring Klaus. Klaus was not paid by the filmmakers nor by Boing Boing TV; he chose what he wanted to do everyday and was just happy that two teams followed him after 2 years with no luck in Hollywood.

Then the "unthinkable" happened: Klaus was deported. Charles and the filmmakers followed Klaus around the world covering 7 countries and filmed nearly 100 hours. They had no idea Klaus would be leaving Los Angeles and the decision to follow him around the world left the filmmakers with a "guerilla' style shooting and limited resources.

The filmmakers want to thank Klaus for letting us "cope" with him and Boing Boing TV. Klaus, this movie we are making is for you. Yes, we believe in your energy and your ability to become the action star that you dream of.

About The Filmmakers

Charles Leromantique-Deneuilly, director, was born and raised in Chemnitz, Germany. At an early age he dreamed of working in finance in a tall skyscraper in New York City, but this dream was overcome by the desire to tell stories and make documentary films. After making various shorts in Germany, Charles received a business grant in 1998 from a small production company in Hollywood. Since then, he has helped develop documentary series for a variety of cable TV shows and directed DEUTSCHLAND, a feature documentary film featuring struggling German immigrants working in the United states and overcoming their diverse backgrounds. Charles was drawn to Klaus Pierre because of his French/German history and his passion in becoming the next big action hero in the movies. He met Klaus in 2008 and decided to make a feature length documentary following his pursuit to break through the barriers needed in order to become a success in Hollywood as an actor, action star, and French/German immigrant.

Laurent Bertoni - Director of Photography, a French filmmaker.

Michael O Connor - the Executive Producer, an American currently living in Japan.
